Gigi’s favorite sport is boxing.

Her warm up sessions are skipping and ladder training. Then she faces Rob Piela, her personal boxing trainer,  and impresses all with skilled punches. Gigi admitted that boxing is her favorite sport and she always wants to get better at it.

b. Prevent your opponent from getting too close by gabbing with your left hand to attack him/her

c. Use your right hand for power and hit the opponent before it getting too close.

Jumping rope is another exercise Gigi favors and she usually starts off her workout routine by jumping rope. It warms up her body and also helps her slim down the legs. Then she went on practicing boxing and other hard core exercises. She usually ends her exercises with ballet-inspired floor workouts.
